Requirements:

Your Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
- Guide successful onboarding and implementation of SkillSmith solutions
- Identify opportunities for clients to expand their use of our platform
- Work with internal teams to address client needs and improve our product
- Track and report key client success metrics
- Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with clients
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Client Service role, ideally working with a portfolio of multiple accounts.
- A plus if you have business development, and/or Client Success experience in IT/Software industry.

- 5+ years of experience in full stack development
